Synopsis
A scholar–practitioner with advanced training in global leadership & organizational change, and accomplished experience in public and organizational leadership, I possess a rare combination of practitioner and academic expertise. I bring a unique blend of political and institutional leadership, change management, peacebuilding expertise, law and dispute resolution, anti-corruption practice, humanitarian service, and advanced educational training, making me an experienced thought leader who can drive change within complex national and international environments. PhD exposure in Global Leadership and Change has provided advanced expertise in research methods, ethical decision-making, organizational behavior, law and dispute resolution, and strategic change management. Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies provided an in-depth knowledge of Conflict Resolution, American foreign policy, Global Natural Resource Conflicts, Global Environmental Governance, UN and Global Governance, Human Rights, Global Transitional Justice, and Radical Democracy. My bachelor degrees in Sociology, Social Administration, Psychology, and Political Science expanded my perspective. Professional credentials in various areas, including anti-corruption, mental health counseling, conflict transformation, and fraud detection, solidified my practice. Seasoned National Legislator (Member of the Parliament of Uganda 1996–2021) and holding positions of leadership in some of parliament’s most influential administrative, legislative, and oversight organs. With experience in political party formation, campaign strategy, policy formulation, diplomatic engagement, and community leadership. Also served as an Investigation Officer at the Inspectorate of Government (IGG), Mental Health Counselor, and Intern Teacher at Nakasongola Barracks School. I have skills in cross-cultural communication, stakeholder engagement, and coalition building, having traveled widely. Organizational leadership, strategic planning, and development. Human rights advocacy, post-conflict recovery, and community development. Human behavior and social systems analysis. Critical thinking and scholarly writing. Foreign relations, dispute resolution, and administration. I mentor young people and provide leadership and governance consultancy.
